This policy explains how BookSync Audit handles information for visitors, customers, and product teams using the continuity readiness service.

Information we process

We may process account contact details, billing and plan metadata, product URLs or app links you submit, audit configuration, usage events, support messages, and technical logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit credentials, secrets, regulated personal data, or production user data unless a separate written agreement permits it.

Payments

Payments are handled by NOWPayments. We do not store full wallet credentials, private keys, or payment instrument details. NOWPayments may process payment data under its own policies.

How we use information

We use information to provide scans, generate reports, maintain checkout and support records, prevent abuse, secure the service, improve product quality, and comply with lawful obligations.

Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate hosting, analytics, payment, support, security, and infrastructure workflows. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service, legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable by contacting support@aigeamy.com. We may need to retain limited records where required for security, legal, payment, or legitimate business reasons.
